Delivery & Returns

At TeddyK Gifts we aim to offer first class service to our customers. If for any reason you are unhappy with your TeddyK Gifts shopping experience please do not hesitate to contact us via our Contact Form or by sending an email to info@teddykgifts.com.

Placing an order

When you have placed an order with us you will receive an order confirmation. If you do not immediately receive it please check your spam. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION AND IF YOU NOTICE ANY MISTAKES NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY. We will not accept any responsibility for mistakes in the order that we have not been notified about within 2 hours of placing the order or after the order has been dispatched (whatever is longer). This especially applies for products where there is a choice in a drop down list and the first one is selected by default. 

General Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days from receipt (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). During busy periods it might take slightly longer but you can expect to receive a UK mainland order at the very latest 10 days after ordering. Should you wish to place an urgent order please contact us first and we will do our best to help.

The delivery time for personalised items will be longer as they are made to order. Please allow around a week for the handmade pictures. Gift wrapped items might also take an extra day or so to dispatch as we include a handmade card that is made to order.

Please note that orders paid by cheque are sent as soon as the cheque has cleared which will make the total delivery time longer.

You can sign into your account at any time to view the status of your order. We will always send you an email when the order has been dispatched. Please see below for expected delivery times.

In our experience parcels rarely get lost in the post and if your item has not arrived within the time limits specified below then please enquire with your local delivery office or your neighbours if the item may be with them. 

Delivery within the United Kingdom

We use Royal Mail to send our orders and our shipping charges start at only £1.99 for orders sent 2nd Class. 

Our very low standard delivery charge for the UK is:

2nd Class (Delivery time 2-3 days): £1.99 for orders up to £25.99 and £2.99 for orders of £26 or more. 

1st Class (Delivery 1-2 days): £2.99 for orders up to £25.99 and £3.49 for orders of £26 or more.

Delivery to the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands may take slightly longer. Larger orders may be sent using alternative service providers and Royal Mail Signed For.

Worldwide Delivery

All orders are sent Royal Mail First Class. Their delivery aim for Europe is within 3 working days and for international within 5 working days. Please see below for delivery charges:

Europe

The delivery charge is £3.99 for orders up to £25 and £6.99 for orders of £25 or more.

Worldwide

The delivery charge is £5.99 for orders up to £25 and £8.99 for orders of £25 or more.

You order will be dispatched as soon as your cheque has cleared into our bank account which can take up to 7 working days. Please note that orders for which no cheque has been received will be cancelled one month after ordering date. We always send an email to acknowledge receipt of the cheque so if you do not receive such an email within reasonable time from posting the cheque then please contact us.  

Returns

We offer a "no quibble" returns policy. If for any reason you would like to return an item we will offer a full refund provided the item is returned in perfect condition within 14 days of receiving the order. Postage for returns of unwanted goods are at the buyer's expense. Please make sure the item is adequately packaged and ask for a certificate of posting as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.

As personalised items are made to order we regret that they cannot be returned unless faulty. 

In the unlucky event that the goods you receive are faulty or damaged in any way please contact us via email at info@teddykgifts.com within 7 days of receiving the order. Please do NOT send the item back without contacting us first.
