ORDERING FROM US 2.1 You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement by email, detailing the products you have ordered. 2.2 Once payment has been received we will dispatch your order as soon as possible. You can expect to receive your order within 5-7 days from time of ordering. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. No orders will be dispatched until payment has been confirmed. 2.3 We may refuse to accept an order: At the moment the only method of payment is credit/debit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa and all major debit cards using RBS secure payment server to facilitate the payment process. 3. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY 3.1 We sincerely hope that you are delighted with your order; however, if you wish to cancel it you should notify us by email to info@teddyKGifts.com. Unless goods have been dispatched we will cancel the order and reimburse you in full (if payment has taken place). 3.2 If you wish to return items please do so within 14 days of receipt. We'd be happy to offer you a full refund or exchange for items received in perfect condition. Please not that postal charges for returned items (unless faulty or damaged) are at the sender's charge. Please ask for a posting certificate as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. 3.3 In the unlikely event that the items you receive are faulty or damaged goods you must notify us by email immediately at info@teddyKGifts.com. Any claims must be made within 7 days of receipt. Please do NOT send any items back without contacting us first. 4. PRICING 4.1 All prices are Net. No VAT applies. Prices are quoted in Pound Sterling. 5. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Whilst every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. Please note that photographs are for representational purposes only and are not necessarily to scale. Colours and content may vary slightly from the images shown. All items are offered subject to availability at time of ordering. However, should an item be out of stock or sold out we will notify you immediately. 6. Payment online is via a secure site. We do not hold your credit card details for future transactions. 7. LIABILITY TeddyK Gifts will have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems, failures or sub-contactor transport or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident. 8.
